Creativity takes courage
Creativity is what I do. It's what motivates me, what gets me out of bed in the morning and what drives me to keep going. But also, it can be difficult. Like anyone, I have days when I don't feel motivated, or are held back by fears of failure or inadequacy.
I wrote my book, 'Write Mindfully - Unlocking the Writer Within' for those who, like me, sometimes struggle. My aim is to help you find the power of your own voice - and share your thoughts, feelings and stories with the world.
Mindfulness is all about being aware and awake to each moment. For me, that's an essential part of the creative process.
