Talisman Spoken Word is Swansea's longest-running poetry open mic. I have been organiser and host for the past ten years.

During that time we have hosted some incredible feature poets, many of whom have gone on to make a name for themselves in literary circles. Previous features include Natalie Ann Holborow, Rae Howells, Karen Gemma Brewer and Jonathan Edwards.

We meet on the last Thursday of every month at Elysium Bar, High Street, Swansea,
